Directions to the Whittier Birthplace
The Whittier Birthplace is located on Route 110 (Amesbury Road), some 3.3 miles east of downtown Haverhill. Simply take 495 to exit 52 (Route 110). Turn east onto Amesbury Road/MA 110. Please Note: The Whittier Bridge at Whittier Road and Route 110 is closed. Visitors must enter Whittier Road near Biggart Ice Cream. Follow Whittier Road and you will see the Birthplace on your right.
